The partnership between ReignCom Limited/iRiver Limited and IJAK has continued to move to new heights as they have formalized a Joint Development Agreement for a new project. The project will be an accessory option for ReignCom's latest MP3 products. This to-be-released MP3 product is being touted as the iPod mini killer and will mirror the capabilities offered on the iPod mini, but with the addition of IJAK's Bluetinum™ technology, will offer wireless stereo streaming headphones that will communicate with the MP3 player. This product was introduced and demonstrated at the CES Show in Las Vegas this January and will be launched in the market in the Spring 2005.
