IJAK Unveils the World's First UWB (Wireless USB) for iPod

May 3, 2006

IJAK Solutions, Inc. unveils their latest wireless technology advancement with SuperLink™. SuperLink™ utilizes the most recently developed wireless technology that will revolutionize the home and office environments in the future. SuperLink™ is based on Ultra Wideband (UWB or Wireless USB) technology and has the support of top tier technology companies, as the standards for UWB are set. IJAK is debuting this technology for the Apple iPod application as a docking station that is capable of wireless data, audio and video transfer at the fastest speeds ever available, SuperLink SLDX-190™. Traditionally, video wireless transfer is not possible, due to the lack of speed that it would demand to complete the video in real time. IJAK has developed a module that surpasses the competition with its UWB chip. SuperLink is a combination of a USB Host and an iPod Docking Station Device. SuperLink streams video and other applications from the iPod Docking Station to the PC through this Host and Device wireless connection. IJAK will be launching SuperLink in the market in Q4 2006 through our OEM partner channel.
