Top Management Team

Joseph Cho (CEO/Co-founder): Joseph leads IJAK with
over 10 years in high tech business strategy development, including sales
and marketing experience in Silicon Valley. He devotes his knowledge and
know-how to IJAK Solutions. Joseph has an outstanding record of achievements
in developing strategic business relationships with major companies in the
Pacific Rim. Prior to founding IJAK he was instrumental in forging strategic
partnerships with Samsung.
David Kim (President/Co-founder): David is a former member
of the management team of Diamond Multimedia, Inc. in CA. With over 18 years
of high tech experience in Silicon Valley, he is instrumental in the development
of new products & manufacturing management at IJAK.
Executive Advisors

Mazy Sehrgosha: Mazy has broad Sales and Marketing
experience in Display, Storage and Wireless Connectivity Markets. He joined
IJAK as an executive advisory from Philips Electronics where he was Vice
President of Sales and Marketing in the Connectivity and Flat Display Systems
Business Groups. He was a senior member of Philips Components Division that
initiated a number of Joint Ventures and investments in TFT-LCD market,
most notably the LG.Philips LCD venture-The world's largest TFT LCD manufacturer.
Mazy has held other senior Sales and Marketing Positions at Maxtor and Control
Data and holds an Engineering degree from University of Utah.
JJ Ha: Former country Manager in Quantum Korea Ltd., Subsidiary of Quantum Corp. He has served 20 year in high-tech product marketing and customer strategic planning at multinational companies including Oak Technology(Optical Storage), Quantum(HDD), Maxtor(HDD), Intel(Video chip, EPROM) and Hyundai Electronics(LAN, Mobile phone). His strong performance shown in various global marketplace(USA, Korea, Australia, China) will lead successful market penetration for Korean start-ups.
Eddy Hong: Eddy has 8 years of experience of IT venture
investment industry. He is founder of Nextrans, financial advisory firm
for global venture firms networking with Korea, Japan and US venture companies
as well as venture capitals. Prior to establishment of Nextrans, he worked
at Solborn Venture Capital (acquired Serome Technology) as portfolio investment
manager with JAIC (Japan Asia Investment Corporation) investing in and managing
over 15 companies with successful IPO of several companies including CD
Networks and Autech. He has MBA in finance from Seoul National University
in Korea.
IJAK uses a proven Management Methodology to ensure delivery of high-quality
products on-time, and on-budget. This effective approach will be centered
on meeting key project delivery dates, with high collaboration and communication
among customers, IJAK, and outside contractor teams. The expectations of
final deliverables will be managed through consensus agreement on the quality
and detail of deliverables throughout the project.
